FlowAgent does not guarantee:
- Business results or revenue outcomes
- Lead generation or conversion results
- Performance improvements
Results vary based on multiple factors outside our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use services in compliance with applicable laws
- Not misuse, interfere with, or attempt to reverse-engineer any systems
6. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel any recurring service at any time by contacting support.
- Cancellation will stop future billing
- Access may continue through the current billing period unless otherwise stated
7. Intellectual Property
All systems, software, content, and materials provided by FlowAgent remain our property unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the services.
8. Limitation of Liability
FlowAgent is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of business, revenue, or data
- Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control
All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
